Dear Members
Further to the email dated 25 March 2025, with 60 days’ notice of the Annual General Meetings for Clovercrest Baptist Church (CBC) and Pathway Community Centre (Pathway) including details for the amendments to the Constitutions (links to documents below), I write with further details of our up-coming AGMs. The meetings will be held on Monday 26 May 2025 at 7.30pm at Clovie Modbury North.

At these meetings we have a motion for the 2024 Annual Impact and Auditor Reviewed Financial Reports. The PowerPoints for the 2025 Finance Reports are also included for your reference prior to the meetings.
Absentee voting is not available for voting on the amendments to the Constitutions, and please note that a quorum will be required for both the CBC and Pathway meetings.
Absentee voting is, however, available for other items for both the CBC and Pathway meetings. If you are unable to attend due to one of the circumstances outlined in the Policy, please complete a Notice of Intention to do an Absentee Vote. To do so, please do the following:

NOI for paper voting is due 19 May 2025. NOI for text message voting is due 12noon 25 May 2025.
If you know someone who is unable to complete a Notice of Intention online for a paper vote, please ask them to phone the office on 8397 9400, at their earliest convenience. Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries regarding Absentee Voting.
For those who you may be aware of that do not have email, please let them know that hard copies of the Agendas and Papers will be available at the information desk.
If you have any questions relating to the meeting papers, such as for the Auditor Reviewed Reports or finance PowerPoints, we would ask that they be forwarded in advance of the meeting to office@clovercrest.com.au by Sunday 18 May 2025.
